Relict Pro Terms of Use

Version 2026-06-06

Relict Pro and Relict ID are provided as a closed infrastructure account and access platform. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without public guarantees, service-level commitments, or obligation to maintain access for any particular user or application.

1. Scope

These Terms apply to the use of Relict ID, account pages, authentication flows, authorization flows, connected applications, administrative tools, sessions, tokens, consents, and other technical functions made available through the Relict Pro platform.

2. No public offer

The platform, website pages, interfaces, documentation, and demonstrations do not constitute a public offer, public promise, paid service commitment, consulting obligation, storage obligation, or guarantee of access. Relict Pro may refuse registration, restrict access, suspend functions, remove integrations, or stop providing any part of the platform at its discretion where permitted by applicable law.

3. Account and access

The user is responsible for the accuracy of account data, confidentiality of credentials, security of devices, actions performed from the account, and timely revocation of suspicious sessions where technically available. The user must not transfer passwords, authentication factors, authorization codes, sessions, access tokens, refresh tokens, or administrative privileges to third parties.

4. Permitted use

The platform may be used only through normal interface and API flows. The user must not bypass authentication, exploit errors, overload endpoints, attack connected services, interfere with security controls, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or access data and functions without permission.

5. Connected applications

Connected applications may receive only the scopes, claims, profile fields, roles, permissions, or technical identifiers allowed by the authorization process or assigned by an authorized administrator. Relict Pro does not guarantee the availability, correctness, security, legality, or continuous operation of any connected application that is operated outside the Relict Pro control perimeter.

6. Changes, restrictions, and deletion

Relict Pro may change the platform, interfaces, routes, data structure, security rules, permissions, scopes, retention logic, and connected applications without prior notice. Access may be restricted, sessions may be terminated, tokens may be revoked, accounts may be locked or deleted, and integrations may be disabled for security, technical, administrative, legal, or anti-abuse reasons.

7. No warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Relict Pro excludes all express or implied warranties, including warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free operation, compatibility, fitness for a particular purpose, data preservation, commercial value, public availability, and suitability for any specific business or personal scenario.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Relict Pro is not liable for direct or indirect losses, lost profit, loss of data, loss of access, account blocking, interruption of connected services, actions of users or administrators, third-party integrations, security incidents caused by user devices or credentials, or consequences of using or being unable to use the platform.

9. Support and contact

Relict Pro does not provide a guaranteed support channel, response time, recovery time, or incident resolution time. Questions, notices, and requests may be sent to web@relict.pro. Sending a request does not guarantee a specific result, action, deadline, compensation, or restoration of access.

10. Final provisions

If any limitation in these Terms cannot be applied under mandatory law, the limitation applies only to the maximum extent permitted. Continued use of the platform means acceptance of the current version of these Terms.
